Online payments may be processed through independent payment gateway providers. Clenova does not ordinarily receive or store your complete card, UPI PIN or banking authentication credentials.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible locations and orders. Additional verification may be required before dispatching a COD order.

We may restrict or disable COD for certain orders, customers, locations, products or circumstances where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, repeated refusal or fraudulent activity.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates displayed on the website are indicative and may vary because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, operational disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and reachable contact number.

9. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may contact you or make multiple delivery attempts. Orders may be returned to origin if delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal, unsuccessful verification or other delivery-related reasons.
